JAKARTA Although they have examined 18 CCTV footage from the Ring 1 area of Halim Perdanakusuma Air Base, one of the cameras in front of the Spion Post, where the victim was found dead, was damaged.

East Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Leo Simarmata said that the damaged CCTV was an important object in uncovering the case of death of CH (16), a child of Pamen TNI AU.

"CCTV, whose position is in front of the crime scene or which leads directly to not functioning," said East Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Leo Simarmata to reporters, Friday, September 29.

Meanwhile, the 18 CCTV cameras that were confiscated were in the vital object area of the Indonesian Air Force.

"The CCTV specifically in front of it is no longer working. The special CCTV that led directly to the crime scene died," he said.

Previously, the East Jakarta Metro Police Satreskrim identified 4 CCTV camera footage around the location of the death of CH (16), a child of the Indonesian Air Force Intermediate Officer (Pamen) at the Spion Post, Ring 1 Area of Halim Perdanakusuma Air Base, East Jakarta.

"Of the 18 CCTV points identified around the crime scene, it turns out that only 4 CCTV points recorded the victim, both pre- and post-incident," said East Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Leo Simarmata to reporters, Friday, September 29.
