"The victim immediately took a large APAR tube with two other people, then the victim immediately entered the electrical panel room and immediately sprayed a large fire extinguisher," he said.

"So that the fire can be controlled by the victim using 1 large apparatus that has expired (2016)," he continued.

Furthermore, after the fire extinguisher was sprayed, the room was filled with smoke and dust. The victim who was in the room breathed the thick fog.
