Caren Delano's Private Driver Just 7 Working Days Has Embezzled The Xpander Car

JAKARTA The alleged perpetrator of the Mitsubishi Xpander car embezzlement belonging to the presenter Caren Delano is suspected of being carried out by his personal driver with the initials FS. Kapolsek Setibudi, Kompol Arif Purnama revealed, FS turned out to have only been working with Caren Delano for 7 days.

"We are still investigating that the person concerned, the driver, has only been working for seven days," said Setibudi Police Chief, Kompol Arif Purnama when confirmed, Friday, September 29.

Arif said the modus operandi of the perpetrators was relatively new to the jurisdiction of the Setiabudi Police. Therefore, he asked for time to arrest the perpetrators to reveal it.

"So maybe this is new, yes, it just happened in the Setiabudi area. That's why we will develop whether there is a network and modes of motorized theft," he said.

Arif also said that for now the perpetrators are still being chased by his party. He said the perpetrators would be subject to Article 372 of the Criminal Code.

"Meanwhile, we are imposing Article 372 of the Criminal Code. Later, we are still conducting an investigation first and so far members have been deployed to the field to pursue it," he concluded.
