Lebak Regency Government Opens 992 P3K Workers For Health Workers, Teachers And Technicals

LEBAK - The Lebak Regency Government opened 992 Government Employees with Work Agreements (P3K) to be placed in the fields of health and guidance and technicality. Head of the Procurement, Dismissal and Information Division of the Lebak Regency Personnel and Human Resources Education Agency (BKPSDM), Banten Iqbaludin said the official opening of the first aid personnel was from September 20 to October 9, 2023. The details of the required first aid personnel are 367 health workers, 533 teachers and 92 technical personnel. "We propose to the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform for P3K as many as 1,020 people," he said in Lebak as reported by Antara, Wednesday, September 20. The requirements for the registration of first aid personnel have at least served as honorary staff within the Lebak Regency Government for 2 years. For teachers, they must be registered in the main education data (Dapodik) at the local Education Office. Meanwhile, technical personnel may be outside honorary, such as working in private companies, but they must be LIniear in accordance with the required position competencies, such as agricultural instructors. In addition, computer equipment personnel, planners, and apparatus personnel are apparatus resource analysts.
