Former Head Of Drugs At The Lampung Police Becomes A Special Courier For The Fredy Pratama Network

BANDAR LAMPUNG - Former Head of Drugs at the Lampung Police, AKP AG, is one of the suspects in the drug trafficking syndicate Fredy Pratama network released by the National Police Headquarters. Lampung Police said AKP AG acted as a courier in Fredy Pratama's international drug syndicate.

AKP AG was secured by the Lampung Police Propam Bid some time ago. AKP AG's involvement in the drug trafficking syndicate Fredy Pratama network was revealed after the Lampung Police's Narcotics Investigation Directorate arrested two drug couriers from the Fredy Pratama network, namely FR and AA.

During FR's arrest at a luxury hotel in Bandar Lampung on Tuesday last week, the Lampung Police confiscated 21 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine. Lampung Police then carried out developments by arresting AA in Pekanbaru, Riau on Thursday (11/5/2023).

AA as a drug courier who brought 21 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine from Riau to Lampung was then received by FR. From the results of the interrogation of AA, it was revealed that the drug network was controlled by HY, KD and MN who were convicts at the Musi Banyuasin Prison, South Sumatra.

The Lampung Regional Police said AKP AG was a special courier from the Fredy Pratama network drug syndicate. However, the Lampung Regional Police did not specify the role of AKP AG as a special courier for international network drug syndicates controlled by Fredy Pratama.

In addition to AKP AG, of the 26 suspected drug syndicates of the Fredy Pratama network released by the National Police Headquarters, celebrity Adelia Putri Salma became part of Fredy Pratama's drug network.

Adelia Putri Salma received a flow of funds from the drug business carried out by her husband Khadafi alias David who is currently a prisoner in Nusakambangan Prison.

From the arrests of AKP AG and Adelia Putri Salma, the Lampung Police confiscated a number of assets belonging to the two because they were allegedly purchased from drug syndicates.

The confiscated items were six luxury cars, namely Toyota Alphard with plate number B 214 DEL, Mitsubishi Pajero BG 1629 TD, and BMW K 404 FI. Furthermore, Toyota Innova F 1520 IJ, Jaguar B 2132 PBK, and Mercedes-Benz B 196 FRL

In addition to confiscating six luxury cars, the Lampung Police also confiscated gold jewelry, account books, and ATMs belonging to the suspects. Currently, the six luxury cars are parked in the courtyard of the Lampung Police Headquarters.

Deputy Director (Wadir) of the Lampung Police Narcotics Investigation AKBP Doffie Fahlevi Sanjaya also confirmed the involvement of AKP AG in the drug syndicate Fredy Pratama.

"Yes, out of a total of 26 suspects, AKP AG is included in a syndicate that was secured by the Lampung Police," said AKBP Doffie Fahlevi Sanjaya at the Lampung Regional Police, Tuesday.

AKBP Doffie Fahlevi Sanjaya explained that AKP AG and Adelia Putri were two of the 26 suspects arrested by the Lampung Police and the Narcotics Eradication Task Force at the National Police Headquarters in a period of two months.

"Drug perpetrators get extraordinary benefits or high profits. The perpetrators of drug trafficking in international networks are very systematic," explained AKBP Doffie Fahlevi Sanjaya.

Furthermore, AKBP Doffie Fahlevi explained that his party confiscated a number of assets belonging to the suspects with a total value of Rp. 19 billion.

"So Rp 19 billion is from selling drugs and other movable objects," said AKBP Doffie Fahlevi.

AKBP Doffie Fahlevi said Lampung was the golden triangle of the red zone for drug trafficking. Drugs from the international syndicate entered from abroad to Lampung via Sumatra Island and Java Island.

"We know that together with Lampung, the golden triangle is a red zone for drug trafficking from a long time ago," said AKBP Doffie Fahlevi Sanjaya.
