It's Not Difficult To Reveal Prisoners Of Bribery Officers, Dewas Asked To Check CCTV Who Often Rises To The 15th Floor Of The KPK Building

JAKARTA - Former investigator of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Yudi Purnomo assessed that it was not difficult to investigate the alleged detainee in the bribery case in case management at the Supreme Court (MA) which rose to the 15th floor of the KPK Red and White Building.

CCTV checks so that requests for information can be made to prove the news.

"It's easy, just check CCTV, check prison employees, investigators, KPK leaders or other employees who are considered to know whether or not the incident exists, including prisoners who are suspected of going to the 15th floor are also confirmed," Yudi said in a written statement, Wednesday, September 13.

Yudi reminded the KPK Council to be proactive in looking for evidence. In fact, they can check the administration of the KPK detention center because every detainee who will get permission to leave must be recorded first.

"They cannot go out carelessly," said Yudi. "It must bebonded through a letter signed by the investigator," he said.

"(In the letter, ed) it contains information on why the detainee was taken out for example by an examination on the 2nd floor of the KPK building or for treatment at the hospital. So it is necessary to trace whether or not the prisoner's bond exists," continued Yudi.

As previously reported, it was reported that a detainee in the case of bribery case at the Supreme Court (MA) went up to the 15th floor of the KPK's Red and White Building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta. This location is where the KPK leadership is based.

KPK Supervisory Board member Albertina Ho later confirmed that there was a report that came in regarding this allegation. "(Received the report, ed) two days ago, three days ago," he told reporters at the ACLC KPK Building, Rasuna Said, South Jakarta, Tuesday, September 12.

Meanwhile, the Head of the KPK News Section, Ali Fikri, did not deny or confirm. He only explained that the suspect's examination is usually on the 2nd floor.

"The detention sites were on the 2nd floor. That's what we know," said Ali to reporters at the KPK's Red and White House, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta.

Ali didn't want to talk any further about the news. "This is information from friends (media, ed) themselves," he said.

"I mean, we can only explain earlier, so far in examining every detainee in his capacity as a suspect, of course, both as witnesses are always carried out on the second floor," concluded Ali.
