If Not Arrested, EO Orgy Party Arrested In South Jakarta Will Hold In Bali And Semarang

JAKARTA - Four people were arrested at the South Jakarta Police regarding the circulation of the Orgy Party (sex) flyer which will be held in the Semanggi area, South Jakarta. Three of them are women, and one man. The four of them are event organizers or commonly called Event Organizer (EO).

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the South Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Bintoro, said that of the four arrested perpetrators, one of them was the initiator of the party.

"The TA is a resident of Candisari Semarang who is the initiator of the sex party invitation activity," Bintoro told reporters, Tuesday, September 12.

Bintoro also explained that the perpetrators promoted the event through Instagram and Twitter social media, so that they could attract many participants.

According to the investigation, the perpetrators had held sex parties three times. In fact, the plan is, if this case is not revealed, they will hold it again in the areas of Semarang and Bali.

"So people who want to, to give money first in the amount of one million rupiah, so that the day and place will be determined," he said.

"This incident is not the only time, we have carried out investigations three times. They will also hold it in the Semarang area and also in the Bali area," he added.

The perpetrators were named as suspects, they were charged with Article 27 Paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph 1 of Law no. 19 of 2016, concerning amendments to Law no. 11 of 2008 concerning ITE and Article 29 in conjunction with Article 4 paragraph 1 and Article 30 in conjunction with Article 4 paragraph 2 of Law no. 44 of 2008 concerning pornography and/or Article 296 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 506 of the Criminal Code with a threat of 12 years in prison.
