Mario Dandy Alludes To His Relationship With AG: Hard Trial, Separate Distance And Longing

JAKARTA - The defendant Mario Dandy Satriyo said that his relationship with AG's child was subjected to severe trials, especially during the case of severe abuse against David Ozora.

The statement made by Mario when reading the memorandum of defense or plea at the trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, August 22.

It started when Mario apologized to AG's son and his family. Because, his actions have disappointed them.

"I also want to apologize to Agnes Gracia, especially to her parents who have entrusted me. But because of my actions, I have given such great disappointment," said Mario.

Then, Mario began to mention his relationship with AG who was hit by severe trials. They are separated from distance and time because they have to languish in iron bars.

"I can't imagine the relationship we are in, getting such a tough trial apart from distance and time and deep longing," said Mario.

"No day has been missed without regretting my actions which have resulted in my loved ones being involved in this problem. Which then put him in the worst condition in his life," he continued.

Rafael Alun Trisambodo's son said that his abuse was caused by not being able to control his emotions. When he heard that AG was harassed, he immediately panicked and was angry.

"With undermeasurable considerations, when I heard that I received sequencing abuse, I encountered a deadlock that had an impact on acts of violence," he said.

Mario hopes that his relationship with AG as a couple can survive. This trial is considered a moment to strengthen each other.

"With deep regret, I pray that we will continue to gain strength in going through this difficult time," said Mario.

In this case, Mario Dandy Satriyo was charged with imprisonment for 12 years. Because Mario is considered legally proven and convincingly guilty in the alleged severe assault case against David Ozora.

"(Demanding) Sentenced the defendant Mario Dandy Satriyo alias Dandy to imprisonment for 12 years," said the prosecutor.

In addition, Rafael Alun Trisambodo's son is burdened with paying restitution of Rp120 billion. If Mario is unable to pay, then, there is an additional penalty in the form of imprisonment for 7 years

The prosecutor assessed that Mario Dandy Satriyo Dandy's actions had fulfilled the elements of Article 355 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code regarding severe persecution with a plan first.
