JAKARTA - The South Jakarta District Court (PN) has postponed the confiscation of the Soekarnoputra Guruh House due to unfavorable conditions. This is because even though the bailiff had approached the location of the execution object, he could not enter because many supporters of Guruh Soekarnoputra were on guard at the location.

"At 9 am this morning in accordance with the schedule for the determination of the execution, our officers, the bailiffs, have approached the location of the execution object. However, our officers, our bailiff from the South court, cannot enter the location," said South Jakarta District Court Public Relations Officer, Djuyamto, Thursday, August 3.

When he wanted to be confiscated, he revealed that at the location he did not see the security forces guarding the object of the execution. Moreover, many people guard there, so it is not possible to do so.

"Meanwhile, at the location of the execution, there were a lot of people guarding the object's place. Of course, when the execution process was carried out, it was related to the exact execution," he said.

When asked when the confiscation would be carried out, Djuyamto admitted that he could not determine. He said if it was handed over by the court leadership.

"Later, the court leadership will take a stand," he concluded.

Previously, it was reported that the South Jakarta District Court (PN) would confiscate the house of Guruh Soekarnoputra, Thursday, August 3, this morning. Dozens of sympathizers of the teacher's house were seen at the location.

Observations at the location, on Jalan Sriwijaya II, RT 04 RW 01, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, were seen by a number of people carrying banners. A number of people wearing white shirts with the words 'Bajul Rowo' behind them were also seen.

It was also seen in the side area of the house a white banner that read "DON'T RAMPAS OUR RED AND WHITE HOUSE, THE RED AND WHITE PRICE OF DEATH". In addition, it was also seen on the red banner, namely "THIS RED AND WHITE HOUSE IS THE HOUSE OF THE NATION'S CHILDREN, THE RED AND WHITE PRICE OF DEATH".

Although it has entered 10.15 WIB, it has not been seen that the South Jakarta District Court officers and police officers were present at the location. In fact, it was promised that the South Jakarta District Court would carry out the execution at 09.00 WIB. Previous information, South Jakarta District Court Public Relations Djuyamto said his party would confiscate Guruh's house this morning.
