NTT Police Invite Residents To Eradicate The Rise Of TIP Cases In NTT

East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Regional Police invites all components of the regional government and officials to prevent and tackle criminal acts of trafficking in persons (TPPO) in their jurisdiction.

"We hope that the National Police will be supported by the TNI and all government agencies, including the community. Of course we hope for these two things, how can we jointly tackle the TIP and make the 2024 General Election a peaceful and successful," said the Head of the NTT Regional Police Inspector General. This was conveyed by the Kapolda on the 77th anniversary of the National Police, which this time was celebrated in the square of the NTT governor's office.

TIP response, he said, could not only be carried out by the National Police, but needed support from related TNI and Agencies colleagues and all levels of society.

Likewise with securing the election, he added, the National Police need the support of all parties to make the democratic party a success and run safely towards an advanced Indonesia.

"In facing the 2024 General Election, of course we want everything to run peacefully and safely towards an advanced Indonesia. That cooperation is very much needed, not one institution can be able to do that all of them," he said.
