JAKARTA - Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono responded to complaints from DKI residents submitted to the prospective presidential candidate from PDIP, Ganjar Pranowo while visiting Warakas Market and Anyar Bahari Market, North Jakarta. The residents' complaints were submitted by Ganjar by telephone to Heru's cellphone number. However, at that time Heru did not respond much to Ganjar's call because he was attending a wedding. "I'm still a witness to the marriage contract," Heru replied when met at Palmerah Market, Monday, June 26. Heru also threw handling on the complaints of residents reported by Ganjar to his subordinates, namely the Regional Secretary (Sekda) of DKI Jakarta and Perumda Pasar Jaya. "It has been submitted to the Secretary of State. It has been explained to PD Pasar. If you want, go to PD Pasar," said Heru. The Governor of Central Java also criticized the DKI Provincial Government regarding access to clean water which is still difficult to obtain in a number of areas in North Jakarta. Heru responded that he had encouraged the BUMD Perumda PAM Jaya to supply clean water "Therefore, I encourage PAM and its partners to supply clean water, including making large reservoirs, such as new rivers, angke estuary and places that are prone to overflowing water and that has been implemented. The target is to revitalize pipes," explained Heru. On Saturday, June 24, Ganjar visited the Warakas Market and Anyar Bahari Market and received complaints from market traders. To Ganjar, traders complained about the large monthly market retribution costs and the lack of buyers who came to the market because of the massive online buying and selling platform. Ganjar immediately called Heru. However, the phone call did not last long because it turned out that Heru was attending a wedding.

Ganjar then called the Regional Secretary of DKI Joko Agus Setyono to submit the same complaint. During the conversation, Joko invited the market coordinator to meet him to discuss their complaints.
