KENDARI - Kendari City Health Office (Dinkes), Southeast Sulawesi stated that dozens of ASN suspected of experiencing mass poisoning after consuming chicken soup had been returned to their respective homes after conditions improved. "Yes, all those who were (allegedly) mass poisoning after eating chicken soup have left the Puskesmas and the clinic where they are being treated," said Head of the Kendari Health Service Rahminingrum by telephone in Kendari, Antara, Tuesday, June 20. Rahminingrum explained that 41 victims. Everything has improved after receiving medical treatment at Puuwatu Health Center and Sarlina Saf Clinic. "Everything has improved, so they are allowed to return to their respective homes. Finally, they left the Puuwatu Health Center at 01.00 WITA this morning," he said. Allegations of poisoning befell dozens of state civil servants (ASN) and interns in Kendari City while participating in activities at the Puuwatu Agricultural Instrument Standard Implementation Center (BPSIP), Puuwatu District, Kendari City on Monday (19/6). Dozens of ASN in the area experienced symptoms of dizziness, nausea and vomiting after eating chicken soup. They were then rushed to the nearest Puskesmas and clinics. He said that residents who experienced health problems after eating soto had received medical treatment at the Puskesmas and clinics. Police officers are investigating the causes of health problems that occurred in the ASN and students.

Head of the Kendari Police Investigation and Criminal Unit AKP Fitrayadi said that the police had taken samples of chicken soup and chicken lontong which were consumed by patients and patient vomit samples for examination in the laboratory.
