Security Witness Reveals Mario Dandy Aniaya David Ozora's Confession: Want To Give Sentence

Witness Abdul Rasyid said the defendant Mario Dandy Satriyo had argued that his abuse of David Ozora was a punishment for harassing his family. Abdul Rasyid is the security of the housing of Green Permata Residence, Pesanggrahan, which is the location of the persecution incident. Abdul's testimony began when he said that he had seen David Ozora lying covered in blood. He then questioned what really happened to Mario Dandy. At that time, Rafael Alun Trisambodo's son argued that everything he did to David was a punishment. "Did you ask? What is your question?" asked Chief Judge Alimin Ribut Sujono during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Thursday, June 15. "What did you do with this? First of all, he (Mario) said he was given punishment," said Abdul. Not only that, Mario also argued that he only hit David twice in the stomach. However, the witness did not believe it because his condition was covered in blood. "Then he answered again, I hit him in the stomach and he fell straight away," he said. In fact, when Abdul continued to search with a number of questions, Mario actually shouted at him. Sentences spoken from the defendant about families who have been harassed. "Are you being bullied?" asked judge Alimin. "Yes, he was bullied. 'How do you feel if your family is harassed'," Abdul replied, imitating Mario's statement. As a reminder, David Ozora was persecuted by Mario Dandy Satriyo in front of the Grand Permata cluster complex, Boulevard Kel. Ulujami, Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta, on Monday 20 February 20, 2023 at around 20.30 WIB. As a result of the persecution, David suffered injuries to his entire body. In fact, he fell into a coma for up to two weeks.

In this case Mario Dandy was charged with committing serious abuse. He was charged with Article 355 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code junto Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code Subsidiary 353 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code junto Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code or to 2 Article 76 C junto Article 50 paragraph 2 of Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection junto Article 55 Paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code. Meanwhile, Shane Lukas is suspected of being a subsidiary to Article 355 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code Junto Article 55 Paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code and subsidiary to Article 355 paragraph 2 junto Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the second Criminal Code with Article 355 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code junto 56 to 2 of the Criminal Code.
