Starting To Study Reporting Files, Bareskrim Will Clarify Rebecca Klopper

JAKARTA - The Directorate of Cyber Crime, Bareskrim Polri, is studying the case reporting file for allegedly distributing exciting videos similar to Rebecca Klopper. Later, Fadly Faisal's lover will be questioned as a victim.

"The RAPK police report alias RK has now been received and the LP has been received by the Directorate of Cyber Crime of the Police. Currently, the LP is still being studied by investigators," said Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan, to reporters, Wednesday, June 7.

Rebecca Klopper will be questioned not as a reporter. This is because the reporting registered with the number LP/B/113/V/2023/SPKT.BARESKRIM POLRI was made by his lawyer.

But it was not detailed about the timing of the examination of Rebecca Klopper. It is only conveyed that the clarification process against the victim is a definite investigation step.

"Furthermore, investigators will ask for information from the reporter and also the victim," said Ramadhan.

Rebecca Klopper's side reported the Twitter account @dedekugem on suspicion of disseminating a document with an Islamic element.

In the report, Rebecca's camp included several pieces of evidence, including screenshots and reported social media accounts.

The @dedekugem account was reported under Article 45 paragraph 1 in conjunction with 27 paragraph 1 of the Republic of Indonesia number 19 of 2016 concerning amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE.
