Masduki said that in a meeting with the shrimp farmers organization, the problem faced by shrimp farmers was discussed, namely the first regarding licensing.
According to him, shrimp farmers must go through at least 21 types of licensing that must be met which includes five ministries.
"This is very troublesome. So there are the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, the Ministry of PUPR, the Ministry of Home Affairs, there is an ESDM, and another ministry even has a permit in the regions (which must be fulfilled)," said Masduki.
