His Subordinates Admit That The Shortage Of The Company's Team Has Not Paid THR, Acting Governor Heru: Later Added

JAKARTA - Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono opened his voice about the lack of number of supervisory teams and examining companies in Jakarta that have not paid Eid al-Fitr holiday allowances (THR) to employees.

The shortage of the team in charge of the THR distribution delay case was acknowledged by the Head of the DKI Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Agency (Disnakertransgi) Hari Nugroho.

Therefore, Heru said that the need for additional employees to take care of these labor cases would soon be met.

"Yes, it will be added later," said Heru when met at the DKI Jakarta DPRD Building, Wednesday, May 3.

Heru also asked the Regional Secretary of DKI Jakarta to follow up on the increase in the number of teams following the complaints from his subordinates.

"Later, the Secretary of State will think that his human resources will be sought," he said.

Previously, the Head of the DKI Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Agency, Hari Nugroho, said that not all companies that had been investigated were related to the case of the delay in the distribution of Eid al-Fitr holiday allowances (THR) to their employees.

From the composition of around 1,600 companies in Jakarta, at least 100 people have been supervised by the Manpower and Transmigration Office. However, the number of teams currently working is only half.

"The supervisory team from the joint service and service tribe at our Manpower Office lacks human resources. The ideal number is 100, but our existing condition is 50. Then tomorrow there are 9 people who retire. In fact, in order to solve this problem, HR must be supported," said Hari Selasa, 2 May.

Hari said, as many as 432 companies have reportedly not paid THR for employees so far. Of these, only 46 companies have been processed. Some of them promised to distribute THR in the future.

"If those who have finished, around 46, it will be completed within 1 to 2 weeks. But some are related to the examination memorandum for months. The first examination takes a week, the second examination note is in a week, we are still waiting," he said.

However, there are also companies that have not been able to provide certainty about the distribution of THR this year. This kind of case, said Hari, will be followed up with a lawsuit to the court until administrative sanctions in the form of revocation of business licenses.

However, so far no company has been sanctioned for revocation of the business because the deadline for the inspection has not been completed.

"No one has been given administrative sanctions. It is still in process. Some have finished. If not, hopefully 3 to 4 months or before the end of the year, it will be finished," explained Hari.

Meanwhile, there are still 260 other companies that are still being processed for inspection related to delays in THR distribution.

"The remaining 30 companies have not been processed. This shows that our people are lacking. I am still asking the Regional Civil Service Agency to add a supervisory team and mediators," he explained.
