Mario Dandy's Team Denies Defamation Of Amanda 'The Whisperer': Based On Examination Report, Head Of Police Says First Time

JAKARTA - Mario Dandy Satryo's team claims they have never made a narrative as if Anastasia Pretya Amanda alias APA was the prompter because she conveyed information about David Ozora's bad behavior to AG.

According to Mario Dandy's lawyer, Dolfie Rompas, Amanda's role as a prompter was based on the results of the examination contained in the examination program file (BAP).

"Based on our client according to the BAP, it's not what we say, it's our client's submission at the BAP," said Dolfir when contacted, Friday, March 17.

In addition, the story that Amanda had the chance to convey information to Mario that David had done bad things was first revealed by the Head of the South Jakarta Metro Police, Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indardi.

Submissions from the police were also said to have been based on the results of investigations and examinations.

"The Head of the South Jakarta Metro Police said that the first information was from APA. Of course, the Head of Police is already in the investigation process," he said.

"That was conveyed by the head of the police last time, the first to convey this information was the head of the police," continued Dolfie.

Thus, Dolfie emphasized that he had never disseminated or created the impression that Amanda was involved in a series of cases of abuse against David Ozora. All are based on the facts contained in the BAP.

"We didn't defame anyone, what are we basically saying to defame? We convey what our client conveyed in the BAP, the facts are like that," said Dolfie.

Amanda alias APA reported Mario Dandy to AG to Metro Jaya Police. The report is related to allegations of defamation.

The report has been registered under the number LP/1376/III/2023/SPKT POLDA METRO JAYA, neighbor; March 14th.

APA is Mario's ex-girlfriend. The two ended their romance in October 2022.

The figure of APA is called Mario's prompter because she informs David when he does something bad for AG. This is said to have sparked the anger of the son of Rafael Alun Trisambodo. Finally, Mario Dandy brutally persecuted David without mercy.
