Indramayu DPRD Will Process Lucky Hakim's Resignation As Deputy Regent According To Rules

JABAR - The Indramayu Regency DPRD will process the resignation of Indramayu Deputy Regent, Lucky Hakim, as soon as possible.

"We (members of the Indramayu Regency DPRD) have met directly with Deputy Regent Lucky. We will immediately process his resignation," said Indramayu Regency DPRD chairman Saefudin, in Indramayu, West Java, Wednesday, March 1, reported by Antara.

Saefudin said that his party had confirmed Deputy Regent Lucky's resignation letter. The result is a decision from Lucky, so his party will process them immediately.

According to him, by processing Deputy Regent Lucky's resignation letter, it is hoped that the problems that have occurred in Indramayu Regency will soon be solved.

"We hope that this problem will be resolved soon, and that the wheels of government in Indramayu Regency will run. It is the responsibility of the three supporting parties to replace the Deputy Regent, namely Gerindra, PDIP, and Nasdem," he said.

He said the DPRD of Indramayu Regency had tried so that the current government could serve the community optimally, so that when there was an issue of division between the regent and deputy regent, the DPRD tried to reconcile.

In fact, continued Saefudin, his party had exercised the right of interpellation to the Regent of Indramayu Nina Agustina in 2022, where one of the issues highlighted was disharmony.

It didn't stop there, said Saefudin, the DPRD of Indramayu Regency had also held a hearing with the Deputy Regent of Indramayu, Lucky Hakim, regarding the polemic.

"However, after we invited Deputy Regent Lucky to hear a meeting, the results were still the same, instead the relationship worsened," he said.
