From the results of the investigation, it turned out that the suspect MWD was the son of a musholla keeper. SM (60) did not expect his son to be arrested. Because according to SM, MWD is a child who behaves well in the eyes of his parents.

"His parents are administrators (marbot) of the prayer room in the Kartini area, Sawah Besar. Our Binmas members went to the house of the suspect's parents," said Kapolsek Sawah Besar AKP Patar Mula Bona when contacted by VOI, Monday, November 7.

MWD's parents did not know that their son was already in the detention cell of the Sawah Besar Police.

"The parents didn't know that their child was being held at the Sawah Besar Police. It turned out that his parents, initials SM (60), were surprised that their son rarely came home," he said.

Apart from MWD, the police also arrested MAF (21). However, MAF did not have a sharp weapon, and when the urine test was carried out the results were negative for drugs.

"MAF has the status of a witness. There is only one suspect with the initials MWD. ​​MWD is charged with the Emergency Law related to possession of sharp weapons with a threat of 10 years in prison," said AKP Patar.

The suspects MWD and MAF along with 7 other friends were involved in an attack and a brawl on the Galur bridge, Johar Baru District on Friday, November 4. MWD's group was equipped with sharp weapons.
