JAKARTA - Investigators of the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) of the Attorney General's Office forcibly picked up Hasnaeni alias Golden Woman as the President Director of PT Misi Mulia Metrikal (MMM) from the hospital for examination before being named a suspect.

The head of the Attorney General's Office for Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum) Ketut Sumedana said the golden woman was not cooperative in the investigation.

"The person concerned has been summoned several times, meaning she is not cooperative. Therefore, investigators have picked up the person concerned," said Sumedana, as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, September 23.

Shortly after being named a suspect in the alleged corruption case of misappropriation of funds by PT Waskita Beton Precast, Hasnaeni aka the golden woman fought back.

When she was about to be taken to the prisoner's car using a wheelchair, and her hands had a rope resembling an IV line, Hasnaeni shouted refusing to be put in the car, and tried to avoid the camera by covering her face with the scarf she was carrying.

Director of Investigation (Dirdik) Jampidsus Kuntadi explained that before being named a suspect, the night before, Hasnaeni went to a hospital and asked to be treated.

Because she was sick, the investigator consulted with the hospital management and the doctor who treated her. Then the investigator also brought a doctor to check her health condition.

"The conclusion is that she is in good health and can be presented at the prosecutor's office and today. We picked her up from the hospital to be submitted to the prosecutor's office to undergo the next process," said Kuntadi.

Hasnaeni was questioned as a witness in the case last Wednesday (31/8). She was nicknamed the golden woman because she founded the Era Masyarakat Sejahtera Party or Emas Party for short.

In this case, she was charged with Article 2, Article 3 of the Corruption Law.

A total of three suspects were named today, apart from Hasnaeni, investigators also named Kristiadi Juli Hardjanto, a retired employee of the BUMN PT Waskita Beton Precast and Jasot Subana, as the President Director of PT Waskita Beton Precast, who is a KPK prisoner.

Previously, investigators had named four suspects, namely Agus Wantoro, Benny Prastowo, Agus Prihatmono and Anugriatno. In this case, there are a total of seven suspects.

Previously, on Tuesday (26/7), Attorney General Sanitiar Burhanuddin stated that the state loss in the case of alleged corruption, irregularities and/or misappropriation in the use of funds at PT Waskita Beton Precast, Tbk amounted to IDR 2.5 trillion.
