The Repatriation Of Paulus Tanos To Indonesia Will Be Discussed By KPK With Singapore CPIB This Week

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) will discuss the repatriation of the President Director of PT Sandipala Arthapura Paulus Tanos who is a suspect in alleged corruption in the procurement of the e-KTP project. The discussion was conducted with the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB) Singapore this week.

"This week the KPK leadership will go to CPIB, now this will also be the subject of discussion later on matters related to Singapore, including some of the people we are looking for (Tanos)," said KPK Deputy for Enforcement and Execution Karyoto in Jakarta, Wednesday, 21 September.

His party will discuss Tanos while in Singapore. Karyoto ensured that the meeting would maximize law enforcement efforts.

Moreover, the KPK is serious about bringing Paul back to his country. However, so far, the extradition has never been carried out because it is waiting for derivative regulations.

"Yesterday, we did one of the questions to ask whether it could operate under the name of extradition, it turns out that there was no implementing regulation," he said.

As previously reported, the KPK has officially included the President Director of PT Sandipala Arthapura Paulus Tanos on the wanted list (DPO).

Apart from Tanos, there are a number of other names who are wanted. They are Harun Masiku who is a former PDIP candidate; Central Mamberamo Regent Ricky Ham Pagawak; Izil Azhar; and Kirana Kotama.
