Have Various Problems Starting From Unclear Members And Locations, 443 Cooperatives In NTB Disbanded

MATARAM - A total of 443 cooperatives in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) were disbanded because they were no longer active.

"This year there were around 443 cooperatives that were dissolved by the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs", said Head of the NTB Cooperatives and MSME Service, Ahmad Masyhuri in Mataram, Antara, Monday, September 5.

Hundreds of disbanded cooperatives are spread over 10 districts and cities in the province. Meanwhile, the total number of cooperatives in NTB to date is 4,363 cooperatives.

"Out of 4,363 cooperatives, only 2,707 are still active", he said.

Masyhuri said there were several reasons behind the dissolution of the cooperative in NTB. These include old data and old proposals. In addition, the existence of the location and the management of the cooperative are considered unclear.

"Because this cooperative is indeed being sought, the place and its management are also gone", said Masyhuri.

However, his party collaboration continues to provide guidance. Be it priorities, monitors, checks, and assessments.

This is intended to clearly see which ones need attention or priorities.

"We are still doing (coaching). There are even those who are assisted by capital. So when it comes to coaching, it doesn't stop", he said.
