JAKARTA - National Commission on Human Rights (Komnas HAM) opened the information regarding the autopsy results which stated that the brain of Nofriansyah Yoshua Hutabarat or Brigadier J was no longer in the head cavity but had moved to the chest.

This was in response to a statement by Brigadier J's family attorney, Kamaruddin Simanjuntak, who revealed information on the results of the re-autopsy.

Komnas HAM commissioner Mohammad Choirul Anam said his party could not talk much about the re-autopsy which was conducted on Wednesday, July 27. He emphasized that Komnas HAM was still waiting for an official explanation from the team of doctors involved in the re-autopsy.

"We believe the explanation of the team leader who carried out the autopsy in Jambi and involved various professors from various universities. We are waiting for that," Anam told reporters, Monday, August 1.

Anam suggested, regarding matters relating to forensic medicine, it is better to ask directly to the authorities or experts in the field.

He said, there were several doctors from various universities who were directly involved in the re-autopsy of Brigadier J's body.

In addition to the brain organ which was no longer in the head position, Kamarudin said that Brigadier J's pancreas was also suspected to be missing. Kamarudin's information was received from two family doctors who participated in Brigadier Joshua's re-autopsy process last Wednesday, July 27.

Although they have been reminded not to speculate about Brigadier J's death, Brigadier J's family attorney continues to provide new facts behind the death of Ferdy Sambo's former subordinate. Meanwhile, the forensic team is still verifying the re-autopsy of Brigadier J's body and has not yet concluded the results of the re-autopsy.
