Security At The Scene Of A Shootout Between Brigadier J And Bharada E Was Removed By Members

JAKARTA - The case of a shootout at the official house of the Head of the Police's Professional and Security Division, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, located at the Duren Tiga Police Complex, Pancoran, South Jakarta, Friday, July 8, left several suspicions among residents.

The head of RT 05/01, Duren Tiga Police Complex, Pancoran, Seno Sukarto said, one of the security guards on Friday, July 8, yesterday, reported that one of the CCTV cameras had been replaced by someone claiming to be from the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police.

"One more security guard reported to me that the CCTV was replaced, he said from the Criminal Investigation Unit. That's the report from the security guard to me. That's all", he told VOI, Tuesday, July 12, evening.

The Neighborhood Association (RT) administrator, who is also a former senior police officer, said that there were two security officers in his area on guard on Friday, July 8, yesterday.

"I have 2 security guards, the one I asked about was gunshots? He (one of the security guards) said he didn't hear anything. (But one of the security guards' initials MJ said) At that time 3 people and the driver at the post (security) heard only the sound of firecrackers is ignored", he said.

Seno also said that on the evening of Friday, July 8, several people visited Inspector General Ferdy Sambo's house. One of the security guards noticed that there was a crowd at Inspector General Ferdy Sambo's house.

Then, continued Seno, one of the security guards tried to ask about the crowd at Inspector General Ferdy Sambo's official residence.

"Then at night how come there are lots of people gathering, lots of cars. (there are) Crowded, when asked if there is an event, it's just a normal event. So the security guard doesn't really respond. Then (some say to security) you just calm down at the post, " he explained.

Seno said that on Friday night (after the shootout) several people who gathered at Inspector General Ferdy Sambo's house were all members of the Police.

"On average from outside, from Propam all. That (Friday) night. He said from Police's Professional and Security Division", he said.

It is known that the shooting scene (TKP) at the official house of the Head of the Police's Professional and Security Division, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, is only about 20 meters from the Complex Security Command Post.

According to MJ, one of the complex's security officers, when the shooting occurred on Friday, July 8, yesterday, he was on duty guarding the Security Command Post until Saturday, July 9, morning.

"Listen, it sounded like firecrackers on Friday afternoon. It sounded several times, but for the exact number of times, I don't know exactly. Several times it sounded", said MJ during a conversation with VOI at the TKP, Tuesday, July 12.

Even though he heard a sound like a firecracker, he couldn't tell how many times it was.

"(voice) There are 5 firecrackers, there are 8, depending on the firecrackers", he said.

The man who has served as security for 13 years heard a sound like a firecracker on Friday, July 8, afternoon.

"(The sound of firecrackers) is Friday afternoon. On Friday, we are on duty at the post. Guard until morning at the post, we will guard 24 hours", he said.

Thinking it was just the sound of firecrackers, MJ ignored it. He also continued to guard the security post while observing the situation.

"It didn't take long for the police to arrive (that Friday), I think the regular officials from their subordinates came anyway. I think it's also normal, it's takbiran night and finally, I go to watch football", he said.

Although MJ was at the Security Post when the incident occurred until now MJ has not been used as an eyewitness by the police.

"It has not been investigated, he said (I) would like to be questioned. Yesterday afternoon I was informed", he said.

Furthermore, police officers from the South Jakarta Metro Police began to visit the official house of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, at the Duren Tiga Police Complex, Pancoran, South Jakarta on Tuesday, July 12, evening.

Officers who were around the official residence of the National Police were wearing full uniforms. But some members dress freely (thug). They were seen standing guard around the crime scene (TKP).

However, no police line has been installed at the scene of the shootout between police officers.

Previously, it was reported that on Friday, July 8 at around 17.00 WIB, Brigadier Nopryansah Josua Hutabarat was found dead covered in blood near the stairs at the house of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, in Duren Tiga.

"When we carried out the TKP, we found someone lying covered in blood near the stairs going up to the exact direction of entering the bathroom under the stairs", explained the South Jakarta Police Chief, Commissioner Budhi Herdi Susianto at a press conference at the South Jakarta Police Headquarters, Tuesday, July 12.
