As for the length of the assignment, Briand explained that in the TNI the assignment usually takes around 6 to 12 months.
"So we will wait when they will return between 6 months to 12 months", he said.
He advised all soldiers to take care of each other and themselves so that they could return home safely.
“I hope that we support each other because sending out as many as 88 people seems like a little bit. But the complexity that must be faced is quite a lot", he said.
