Residents' Testimony Before Ade Armando's Beater Was Arrested: There Are Police Disguised As Debt Collectors Around Al Madad Islamic Boarding School

SOUTH TANGERANG - Metro Jaya Police arrested a man named Dhia Ul Haq at the Al Madad Islamic Boarding School (Ponpes), South Tangerang. He was arrested on suspicion of beating social media activist Ade Armando on April 11.

A resident, Tri Wulandari (50) said that before the arrest of Dhia UI Haq, she admitted that he was visited by two police officers on Tuesday, April 12, if it was night.

At that time, the police showed a photo of Dhia UI Haq, he claimed to want to collect motorcycle installments (debt collector).

"(The police are looking for) the reason is not (the beating) it's the reason (Dhia) has a motorbike debt or something, then the person shows photos (of the perpetrator) like those circulating on social media", Tri said when met on Ranca Indah Street, Serpong, South Tangerang on Thursday, April 14th.

Not long after the police asked about Dhia UI Haq, he received news from an unknown man that there was an arrest next to his house, namely Al Mahdad Islamic Boarding School.

"None of the residents know. After the (viral) arrest was on my cellphone (social media), this is right next to my house", said Tri.

"In the morning someone stopped at my shop, he told me that last night (a man) was arrested, at half-past three in the evening", he said.

"Do you know the one who was arrested last night, didn't you. Half-past three nights, the woman, who I told the police about, had already been arrested", he continued.

According to VOI monitoring at the location, it appears that the Al Madad Mosque, which is dominated by light green color, is deserted from activity.

Behind the mosque, there is an Al Madad Islamic boarding school. Seen the clothes of the inhabitants of the place.

There are also photos of the Habibs displayed in the corners of the walls. Then in the middle is displayed the face of Habib Lutfi Al Haddad.

Previously, it was reported that Dhia Ul Haq, the suspect in the beating of social media activist Ade Armando, was arrested by the police this morning, Wednesday, April 13.

Dhia Ul Haq, who is said to be the perpetrator of the first beating of Ade Armando, was arrested at the Al Madad Islamic Boarding School, Serpong, South Tangerang this morning.

"We have arrested the person in question at the Al Madad Islamic Boarding School, Serpong, South Tangerang", said Head of Public Relations of Metro Jaya Police, Commissioner E. Zulpan to reporters, Wednesday, April 13.
