Rearview Mirror Hit, White Mercedes Benz Car Chases Ambulance Carrying Patient Wants To Give Birth, Driver Wants To Be Beaten

TANGERANG – A white Mercedes Benz luxury sedan was reported to have blocked the speed of an ambulance carrying a female patient to the hospital to give birth.

It is known that the Mercedes Benz driver did not accept the ambulance driver because his rearview mirror was grazed. The commotion lasted until the ambulance arrived at the Tangerang District General Hospital (RSUD).

When contacted, an ambulance driver named Hildan said that the incident occurred on the Tangerang-Jakarta toll road, Saturday, March 12, at around 02.00 WIB.

Hildan said the incident started when he and his team were taking a patient from the Cisoka Health Center, Tangerang Regency to the Tangerang Regency Hospital while carrying a female patient who wanted to give birth. I've given the rotator and siren from afar, even the sound is full but the car doesn't give way. When I took the left lane suddenly he also went left without giving a penny", explained Hilda when contacted.

After the rearview mirror hit, continued Hildan, the Mercedes Benz tried to catch up and overtake the ambulance until it finally arrived at the Tangerang District Hospital.

"He was chasing and wanted to overtake, I just didn't give him because I was bringing a patient who really had to get to the hospital because he was having convulsions. He was also after oxygen", said Hildan.

Arriving at the hospital, still said Hildam, the sedan immediately parked blocking the ambulance which was lowering the patient.

"Immediately blocked. The driver immediately got off and got angry at me with harsh words, even I wanted to be hit, I was pulled by the collar of my shirt with him", he said.

Luckily at that time, there was security who intervened.

"I want the patient first. I sent down the patient who had to undergo surgery immediately. He entered the hospital, after that my shirt collar was pulled and I wanted to hit it but was quickly dispersed by security officers", he said.
