"I was said to be a bagu and a poor person, he humiliated me and my family. He (the perpetrator) also had time to say 'poor people like you can't put me in prison'," said victim DAD to VOI, Sunday, December 15.
The DAD victim, who had worked for 5 months at the Lindayes bakery, said the incident took place at the Lindayes Cakung bakery on October 17, 2024 at around 21.00 WIB.
"My position is that I was working, that day I shift only the two of me and my friends. While I was working, my boss's son (the perpetrator) came from outside into the shop and sat on the sofa," he said.
A few minutes later, a grab food came with food (ordered by the perpetrator). Then the perpetrator asked the victim DAD to deliver the food he ordered into his private room.
"He told me it was like telling a chapter. Even though my position was doing work that had to be done that day. I refused," he said.
In fact, according to the victim DAD, the perpetrator's actions had previously been carried out on him. The victim was thrown by a table by the perpetrator.
Then the victim DAD, made an agreement with the perpetrator's younger brother if he did not want to deliver food to the perpetrator. The victim made an agreement when he was persuaded not to resign by the perpetrator's younger brother.

"After I refused to deliver food, the perpetrator called his mother (the boss of the victim). But I still refused, on the one hand I was afraid, I was hurt because I was said to be poor and bawu," he said.
The victim refused the perpetrator's order because he was outside his duties, namely as a bakery worker at the cashier.
"Finally after I refused many times he was angry and threw me with a statue of a stone, chairs, tables, edition machines. It was done many times and all the items that were thrown by the perpetrator, all hit my body," he explained.
Then the perpetrator's father pulled the victim and asked the victim to go home. However, when the victim was about to take his bag and cellphone that were left at the shop, the perpetrator returned the victim with a chair many times.
"Finally I ran away and was cornered and couldn't go anywhere, my position was in the room with lots of ovens and cake machines in the room. I was thrown away. The end I was thrown with a knife hit my head which resulted in lacerations and bleeding," said the victim.
After finding out that the victim was injured and bleeding, the perpetrator fled.
"My chest is full of bruises and lacerations to the left side of the head," he said.
After the incident on October 17, 2024, the victim of DAD reported the incident to the East Jakarta Metro Police. The victim has also made a post-mortem for the injuries he found at the ER of the Police Hospital.
"The post-mortem was already on October 18 at the ER at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital. The results of the post-mortem have been held by the police," he said.
The victim hopes that the police will immediately arrest and detain the perpetrators of the persecution of him.
"I hope there will be justice for me, hopefully the police will also handle it quickly, create a deterrent effect for the perpetrators so that there will be no further victims," he said.
Previously, it was reported that the East Jakarta Metro Police had upgraded its status to the investigation stage on the report of a former employee with the initials DAD (19) who was a victim of abuse by the son of the owner of the Lindayes bakery in the Cakung area, East Jakarta.
