He already has clients who follow the 90-30-50 method and are feeling improvements to conditions such as hypertension, PCOS, and type 2 diabetes after following this diet for three months. However, it should be noted that this is anecdotal evidence and the results may be different for everyone.

Examples of food in the 90-30-50 diet plan:

- Protein: chicken, beef, eggs, pork, turkey, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese- Serat: green vegetables, broccoli, cauliflower, chia seeds, hemps, almonds, healthy chicken beans-fat: nuts and peanut butter, whole grains, avocado, olive oil

If you follow this example of the 90-30-50 diet, the daily total will reach 128 grams of protein, 54 grams of fiber, and 58 grams of healthy fat. Don't worry, a little exceed the limit is still acceptable.

One of Kassis' clients reportedly managed to improve his type 2 diabetes condition after three months following the 90-30-50 method.

"In two months, this client lost 13 pounds and the A1C (average blood sugar) decreased from 12.5% to 6.4 percent after three months," Kassis said.

The client also felt an increase in energy and the doctor said his diabetes drug dose could be reduced from twice a day to once a day.
