Prabowo Subianto: If I Die, I Want To Leave My Good Name

JAKARTA - Presidential Candidate Prabowo Subianto expressed his desire to leave his good name, when it was time to return to the Almighty.

This was conveyed by Prabowo while attending the 'Muslim Open Dialogue with the National Leadership Candidate' which was held at Muhammadiyah University Surabaya (UMS), Friday, November 24.

Prabowo hopes that he will be able to provide the best for the benefit of all Indonesian people.

"The dead elephant leaves the ivory, the dead tiger leaves the strip. If later I am called by the Almighty, what I want to leave is a good name," said Prabowo.

Prabowo said that the most important thing for a leader is the will or political will in leading the nation.

Together with vice presidential candidate Gibran Rakabuming Raka and the Advanced Indonesia Coalition (KIM), Prabowo stated that he would develop a strategy to encourage prosperity in the country.

"What is clear, I am with my team (KIM), I think we want to leave legacy," he said.

Prabowo also expressed his desire to spend time creating goodness for all the people. The Minister of Defense felt responsible because according to him, the Almighty had given him too much.

"I want the rest of my life to be for the good of the people, there is no other interest. The Almighty has given too much for me," he concluded.
