Reflecting On The Fire Case, DLH Discourses To Build 8 Tandons At TPA Rawa Cat Tangerang
BANTEN - The Environment Agency (DLH) is targeting to build eight reservoirs at the Rawa Cat final disposal site (TPA), Tangerang City. The effort was made to anticipate that the fire and water supply cases were ready.
"Now there are three reservoirs built and will increase according to the target, namely eight reservoirs," said Tangerang City DLH Head Tihar Sopian in Tangerang, Tuesday, November 7, as reported by Antara.
He said that when the fire broke out, the handling of garbage in Tangerang City was disrupted. However, currently all waste services in Tangerang City have returned to normal.
"Disposal of garbage to the Rawa Cat TPA through door one has also returned to normal. Then, the third door will be opened soon," he said.
DLH previously also prepared two hectares of emergency land for garbage disposal transported by trucks every day. "The process of structuring after the fire continues," he said.
Previously, the Tangerang City Government officially revoked the emergency response status due to the fire accident at the Rawa Cat TPA.

"Until now, all officers are still on guard for the cooling process, so that under air monitoring there are no longer visible hotspots at the TPA location. Now the status is a recovery condition," said Mayor Arief in his statement.
