"We believe that we are giving you the freedom to stream simultaneously on other services, but we also want to make sure that Twitch users' experience is not disrupted," Twitch wrote in its announcement quoted Monday, October 23.
That is, with this new capability, you ensure that the quality of Twitch user experience on Simulcast is not inferior to experiences on other platforms or services, including through your engagement with the Twitch community, for example, through chat.
In addition, you are not allowed to provide links, or direct your community, to leave Twitch for your live broadcast on other services.
Lastly, Twitch also insists on not using third-party services that combine activity from other platforms or services on your Twitch stream during Simulcast.
"Such as combining chats or other features, to ensure the Twitch community is included in your overall live streaming experience," the company said further.
