Police Admit There Was No Negligence From The School In The Incident Of The Death Of A Class III Student At SMPN 132
JAKARTA - The death of a grade III student at SMP 132 Cengkareng with the initials D (16) who fell from the 4th floor of the school building into a hard slap for the world of education. Lack of supervision in the school environment, it turns out that it is still happening. In fact, the school claims that there are teachers who are picket when the study hours have finished or have rest.
Cengkareng Police Chief, Police Commissioner Hasoloan Situmorang said that there was no element of negligence from SMPN 132 in the incident.
"We have not found the element of negligence (from the school). The case is still under investigation," said Cengkareng Police Chief, Police Commissioner Hasoloan Situmorang to VOI, Wednesday, October 18.
Although the case continues and is handled by the Cengkareng Police, the police said that D's death, a grade III student of SMP 132 was purely an accident.

Following up on the incident of the death of SMPN 132 Cengkareng student, the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) will take firm steps if the results of the investigation later find an element of negligence by the school against students.
"There must be a joint evaluation. How to supervise during rest. Children must be monitored, if there is negligence it must be conveyed," said Chairman of the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI), Ai Maryati Solihah when confirmed by VOI, Wednesday, October 11.
