Google Calendar Now Available On Wear OS Watches, See Agendas Increasingly Efficient

JAKARTA Last year, Google promised to expand its application on Wear OS to make it easier for users. This promise was granted with the release of Google Calendar.

After presenting Gmail, Google has now added the Calendar application on Wear OS, a device system that can be found in smartwatches such as Pixel Watch.

Google Calendar can already be downloaded for watches with Wear OS 3.9to5google having tried to download it on the first series of Pixel Watch and the download was successful.

Once downloaded, Google Calendar will display the user's agenda. This agenda can display event details, location, records, to notifications. However, users cannot edit this display, unless it is changed via cellphone.

The view from Google Calendar is also fairly simple. Users do not need to see a full view per week or per month because Google Calendar only displays a calendar entry from a Google account that is connected to a watch.

Google Calendar also displays two new options, namely Next Event and Next Task. On the Next Tasks view, Google Calendar only shows two upcoming task views.

The Google Calendar application can be found on the Play Store. In addition to smartwatches such as Pixel, Google Calendar can also be contained on Samsung's watches such as Galaxy Watches.
