JAKARTA - The Financial Services Authority (OJK) ensures that OJK information system services to the public and the financial services industry have gradually returned to normal.
Considering that on Monday, October 2, OJK informed that there had been a disruption to the information service system.
"The activities of OJK operational activities in Jakarta and at all OJK offices in the regions continue to run smoothly because the internal information system and backup services have been running according to applicable protocols," wrote the official OJK statement, Saturday, October 7.
OJK said that the information system service began to gradually recover since Wednesday, October 4, 2023. At that time, a number of information system services to the public and the financial services industry, such as the OJK website, the Consumer Protection Portal Application (APPK), and IdebKu can be accessed again.
"Meanwhile, on Thursday, October 5, service applications to the public, such as the Financial Information Service System (SLIK) can be accessed again. Likewise, service applications to the financial services industry, such as Sipeduli, Apolo and Pelaporan.id have also returned to function," the statement added.

Based on the results of monitoring on October 6, 2023, it is known that as many as 493 Financial Services Institutions, such as Commercial Banks, People's Credit Banks (BPR), Financing Companies and Capital Market Stock Companies have submitted SLIK reports and 113 have been included in the line for reporting of SLIK. Requests for debtor information have reached 682,105 requests.
