Chronology Of 17 Police Detainees In Pekanbaru Escape, Breaks The Wall Of The Cell Room
PEKANBARU - A total of 17 prisoners from the Tenayan Raya Police escaped from the cell on Thursday at around 02.30 in the morning WIB. The 7 prisoners who escaped were prisoners entrusted by the prosecutor's office.
The Head of Public Relations of the Riau Police, Kombes Hery Murwono, explained the chronology of the 17 detainees' escape. He said, in that cell there were 30 detainees in various criminal cases. They fled by sweeping the corners of the back wall with a size of 20x30 centimeters.
"10 have been successfully secured, 7 people are still being chased. The 10 detainees who have been arrested are Riyan Andriyanto, Zulkifli, Bayu Sanggara, Muklis, Erwinsyah, Suparno, Edy Hakim, Anesta Andika, Mulyadi and Soni Andani," explained Hery, Thursday, September 21.
He explained, before the incident occurred, personnel guarding the Tenayan Raya Police had checked and controlled detainees according to the direction of the leadership every 1 hour.
"At the last check at 02.05 WIB, the guard still saw the complete detainee," he said.
Then at around 02.30 WIB, officers only found out that the detainee had escaped after hearing screams from other prisoners.
The 10 police detainees who escaped were Wan Tarmizi, Soni Andani, Roni of the American Military, Mulyadi, Anesta Andika, Edy Hakim, Suparno, Erwinsyah Nasution, Febri Rahmadani, and Kevin Kurniawan.
Seven prosecutors escaped, namely Riyan Andrianto, Herry Setiawan, Zulkifli, Bayu Sanggara, Muklis, Yohanes Simbolon, and Rohot Arnelius.

The detainees are suspects in cases of theft, drugs, obscenity, and custodians.
Hery confirmed that the seven escaped prisoners would soon be arrested. "Pray, we will immediately arrest them all. The investigation team will work, later when they are finished, they will be investigated," he concluded.
