Regarding Customers Suicide After Being Terrorized By Debt Collectors, Our Management Opens Voice

JAKARTA - Our management opened its voice regarding the inhuman acts of debt collectors to customers that led to suicide.

The victim is suspected of not being able to pay the bill which almost doubled.

Through a written statement received by VOI, management expressed concern over the incident.

"Regarding the allegations reported on several social media regarding suspected victims and inappropriate practices carried out by the Desk Collection (DC) or the debt collection section of Ada Kami, we hereby declare sincere and in-depth concern as well as our commitment to conducting investigations and handling," the management wrote in a written statement, Wednesday, September 20.

"Currently, the results of our investigation show that the number is not registered in our Ada Kami system," the management added.
