Olivia Rodrigo Responds To Ballad Of A Homeschooled Girl Chipotle Lyric Joke: Every Guy I Like Is Guac

JAKARTA - Olivia Rodrigo reacted to a Chipotle joke that refers to the lyrics of her album Guts, Ballad Of A Homeschooled Girl.

Chipotle, a food-inspired Mexican restaurant chain, posted an image on its Instagram account last week featuring chips and a quacamole side dish with hands floating on it with a ring similar to Rodrigo's on the cover of the Guts album.

The restaurant captioned the picture every guy I like is guan referring to Rodrigo's lyrics, Everything I do is strategic/ Every guy I like is gay.

To note, quacamole or guan is a traditional Mexican food made from avocadal ingredients, coupled with lemon and salt. The history of this food can be traced to the days of the Aztec kingdom.

Rodrigo then commented on the post, writing: LMFAOO THIS IS AMAZING.

This news emerged following the news that Rodrigo returned to place his album in second place on the UK Number One chart. The sale of his latest album, Guts, surpassed the combined sales of the other Top 10 positions.

The album won more than 60,000 sales units including streaming in the first week, where Sour's debut album also re-entered Top 10 after the release of the second album.

Guts himself has the fourth-largest album opening week of 2023, following Lewis Capaldi, Ed Sheeran, and Taylor Swift's record.
