Drugs, Celurit And Brawls, The Right Composition For 18-Year-Old Teenagers In Gambir Charged With Layered Articles

JAKARTA - MS (18), a teenager using synthetic tobacco or sinte narcotics, was forced to deal with members of the Gambir Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit. MS, a synthetic tobacco connoisseur, was arrested while trying to fight on Jalan Tanah Abang II, Petojo Selatan Village, Gambir District, Central Jakarta.

In addition to finding synthetic tobacco, the police also confiscated evidence of sharp weapons (sajam) of the type of sickle from MS's body.

"We have secured a perpetrator with the initials MS related to the abuse of synthetic narcotics and weapons. We secure MS with his group using narcotics and alcohol. MS and his group will fight," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Gambir Metro Police AKP Kadek Dwi to VOI, Monday, September 11.

From his confession, MS admitted that before the brawl, he had a synthetic narcotic party. They reminisced about the sinte while drinking alcohol.

"They collect money with their friends to buy synthesia online via Instagram. We are developing how the purchase path is," he said.

After MS's group got drunk, then they waited for the opponent of the brawl.

"Sinte and their alcohol are used together. When they are drunk and waiting for the opponent, then a brawl," he said.

During this arrest, the police only named MS as a suspect because he had a number of pieces of evidence.

"One person was arrested. Sajam 1 and narcotics are sinte," he said.

In order to account for his actions, MS was charged with multiple layers. The ownership of the knife was charged under Article of the Emergency Law No. 12 of 1951 and the narcotics law No. 11 of 2012.

"The threat of possession of a knife and a sinte, the suspect is a maximum of 20 years in prison. We will develop the narcotics," he said.
