M 3.0 Earthquake Shakes West Sumba East Nusa Tenggara

JAKARTA - An earthquake measuring magnitude (M) 3.0 shook Southwest Sumba, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT).

The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG), via its X account, reported that the earthquake occurred Monday 11 September 2023 at 14.39 p.m. Western Indonesian Time (WIB).

This earthquake had a depth of 38 kilometers.

The location of the earthquake is at 9.53 South Latitude, 119.02 East Longitude or 7 km North East of Kodi, Southwest Sumba.
