Legitimate! Neymar Becomes The Competitor Cristiano Ronaldo In The Saudi Arabian League
JAKARTA - Al Hilal has finally completed the transfer of Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) player, Neymar. The Brazilian player officially became a competitor to Cristiano Ronaldo in the Saudi Arabian League.
It did not say in detail how much the player's transfer value was. However, word circulated, Al Hilal paid around 90 million euros (Rp1.50 trillion) to PSG for the 31-year-old player transfer.
"I am in Saudi Arabia, I am Hilali," Neymar said in a video uploaded to Al Hilal's social media account.

Neymar joined PSG in 2017 from Barcelona, breaking world transfer records for 222 million euros.
During six seasons at PSG, Neymar has won 13 domestic trophies, including five Ligue 1 titles. He also scored 118 goals and 77 assists in just 173 matches.
"It's hard to say goodbye to a club legend," PSG President Nasser Al-Khelaifi said, as quoted by AFP via Antara, Wednesday, August 16.
"I will never forget the day he arrived at Paris Saint-Germain or what he has presented to our club and project in the last six years. We have had many extraordinary moments, and Neymar will always be a part of our history. I would like to thank him and his family," he added.

Previously, Al Hilal had also tried to bring in two Neymar teammates at PSG, namely Kylian Mbappe and Lionel Messi. However, Messi turned down a fantastic offer from Al Hilal and preferred to play in Inter Miami.
Meanwhile, Kylian Mbappe decided to stay at PSG even though he refused to extend his contract.
Al Hilal is the most successful club not only in Saudi Arabia, but also Asia. The Riyadh-based club has 18 Saudi Arabian League titles and also won the Asian Champions League four times.
Neymar will join a number of big names such as Kalidou Koulibaly, Ruben Neves, to Sergej Milinkovic-Savic. Not only that, 13 of the 26 Saudi Arabia national team players at the 2022 World Cup also played there.
