Former Director Of East Java BUMD Appointed Heru Budi As Managing Director Of Sarana Jaya

JAKARTA - Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono has reshuffled the position of President Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya. Heru appointed Andira Reoputra as the boss of BUMD for property owned by the DKI Provincial Government.

"(Andira) is the President Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya which was appointed in accordance with the Governor's Decree Number 508 of 2023 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of the Directors of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya," wrote the Perumdasanajaya Instagram account, quoted on Wednesday, August 2.

Andira was born on October 20, 1985 in Surabaya. He graduated from S1 at Universitas Brawijaya Malang Faculty of Engineering at the Department of Regional Planning and City.

Then, another Andira educational history is the Diploma Graduate of Urban and Regional Planning, School of Urban and Regional Planning, University of the Philippines. Then, Master of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning, School of Urban and Regional Planning, University of the Philippines.

The last positions he held were the Director of Finance, General and Business Development of PT Jatim Grha Utama (JGU). JGU is a BUMD owned by the East Java Provincial Government in charge of housing, rental properties, wholesale markets, and infrastructure.

In his current position, Andira replaces Agus Himawan Widiyanto, whose position has been shifted by Heru Budi to become President Director of Perumda Pasar Jaya.

Agus Himawan himself has been the boss of Sarana Jaya since March 2021, replacing Yoory Cornelis Pinontoan, who is now a convict in the Sarana Jaya land acquisition corruption case.
