NTB - The Central Lombok Regency Government is preparing a special school for orphans to demand a place to study.
"We will make the SMPN 6 Jonggat building a place for education and dormitories for orphans in Central Lombok," said Central Lombok Regent H Lalu Pathul Bahri while inspecting the location in Praya, NTB, Wednesday, July 5, which was confiscated by Antara.
Then Pathul said that his party also built dormitories and carried out free college scholarship programs for orphans or orphans in Central Lombok Regency.
"This school is a place to study for orphans, including prospective Tahfiz route doctors," he said.
He said the area of the school building area of approximately 2 hectares was the SMPN 6 Jonggat building which functions into SMP Plus, due to lack of students.
This school building is used as a special education center for tahfiz and also for children who are orphans for free considering that this building has little students, so it must be used for meaningful use.
"Unfortunately, this building is not used, so we have shifted it to a special education center for orphans and Tahfiz's guidance, especially prospective Tahfiz route doctors," he said.

Then Pathul said that all orphans need attention. As included in the 1945 Constitution, children who are neglected, cannot be cared for by the state, therefore he is very obsessed with having a special school building for orphans and poor people.
"I hope this building can be used as well as possible for the benefit of our children," he explained.
In the future, said Lalu Pathul, the Central Lombok Regency Government hopes that later the qoriah and qori can teach the orphans this place.
"Later, Mr. H Sabarudin, the caretaker of Nurul Yaqin Mertak Tombok Islamic Boarding School, who is an international Qori, comes here to teach," he said.
After seeing the condition of the building, Lalu Pathul ordered the Head of the relevant Service to immediately complete the building facilities such as Drilling Wells, Beds, Kitchens, Laundry and other facilities.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Central Lombok Regency Education Office, H Lalu Idham Khalid, said that the 6 Jonggate Junior High School building only had 16 students from grades 1 to grades 3, so that education services were not optimal.
