AKP SW Fraudsters Of Hundreds Of Millions Of Porridges Will Be Tried Ethical Next Tuesday

JAKARTA - The West Java (Jabar) Regional Police plans to hold a trial of the Police Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP) for AKP Supai Warna (SW) on Tuesday, June 27. He is a suspect in a case of alleged fraud againstaffirmers of the recruitment mode of police members.

"After the complete file, it is planned for Tuesday (the planned KKEP trial, ed)," said Head of Public Relations of the West Java Police, Kombes Ibrahim Tompo to VOI, Thursday, June 22.

However, it is possible that there will be changes regarding the timing of the trial. This is because the filing process is still being carried out.

On the other hand, when asked about the possibility of the ethical process against AKP SW being stopped if Wahidin as the victim submitted a request for the revocation of the police report (LP), Tompo was reluctant to comment on this matter.

It is only emphasized that for now, criminal and ethical processes are still being carried out. This is because there has been no official application for the revocation of the report.

In addition, AKP SW is considered to have committed a violation based on evidence found during the investigation stage.

"We are not assumptions, what is clear is that the process is still ongoing," said Tompo.

For information, AKP SW has been named a suspect in a fraud and asphalting case worth Rp. 310 million with the recruitment mode of police officers. Now, he is placed in a special place (pathus) while waiting for the ethics process.
