Meanwhile, the victim of the alleged fraud is a resident who works as a porridge trader named Wahidin.According to Ibrahim, SW became an intermediary for fraud by a woman with the initials N in Jakarta.He explained that the fraud in 2021 started when the victim felt cheated and asked SW, who in fact became an intermediary for N.The victim, said Ibrahim, had also officially reported the alleged fraud to SW as a police officer at the Mundu Police because he had spent around Rp. 310 million.However, after receiving the report, Ibrahim said that SW had not investigated or resolved the fraud case until 2023. Because of this, the victim complained to the legal aid agency.Ibrahim said that so far the police had raised the fraud case by the police officer with the initials SW to the investigation stage by examining four witnesses."The report in Propam itself was reported on February 23, 2023 and is also currently in process. However, because this is related to a crime so that the code of ethics trial is carried out waiting for the results of the criminal decision, we will respond firmly and objectively," he said.On behalf of the West Java Regional Police, he regretted the actions of police officers who used the recruitment of the National Police as a mode of fraud. It was also emphasized that the recruitment process was very strict and could not be penetrated or influenced by anyone.In addition, he also appealed to the public not to trust anyone who promised to pass the Police recruitment process without passing the applicable rules. If there are promising parties, Ibrahim ensures that it is certain to lie.
