The Case Of A Resident Shot Dead By A MK Brigadier Was Transferred To The Prosecutor's Office
YogyAKARTA - Yogyakarta Regional Police Chief Inspector General Suwondo Nainggolan confirmed that the case file for the death of a resident as a result of being shot by a police firearm in Padukuhan Wuni, Nglindur, Gunungkidul with the suspect Brigadier MK had been transferred to the prosecutor's office.
"The file has been transferred to the prosecutor's office," said Suwondo in Yogyakarta as reported by ANTARA, Friday, June 9.
After the case files are processed at the prosecutor's office, he believes the case will soon be tried in court.
"It's still a process, hopefully it will be done soon, we have accelerated everything. This month, definitely this month, the meaning of the criminal trial is yes. Hopefully, this month, it will depend on the prosecutor's office too," he said.
Meanwhile, regarding the agenda of the disciplinary hearing or the code of ethics against the Constitutional Court Brigadier General, said Suwondo, it will be held after the trial in the general court begins.
"Wait, as soon as he is tried we will be ethical. We will see the situation together later, but we have to leave first," he said.
According to Suwondo, the court's decision will serve as a reference for determining ethical sanctions against the Constitutional Court Brigadier.
"We will start the trial. We will play the verdict later if the decision is in our size, that's the size later, it can't be guessed," he said.

"Then when the suspect looked down to reprimand one of the spectators, the firearm accidentally erupted and hit the victim so that the victim died," said Nuredy.
The Constitutional Court Brigadier, whose address is Condongcatur, Depok, Sleman, was charged with Article 359 of the Criminal Code which was allegedly due to his mistake or negligence resulting in the death of another person with a maximum prison sentence of five years or a maximum imprisonment of one year.
