File A New Lawsuit, Ari Wibowo As Well As The Existence Of A Third Person As A Reason To Sue For Divorce
JAKARTA - After failing to mediate, Ari Wibowo and Inge Anugrah's divorce trial continued to the main examination of the case by the panel of judges. At the trial that took place at the South Jakarta District Court yesterday, Monday, June 5, the panel of judges asked the plaintiff's legal counsel (Ari Wibowo) to submit the original lawsuit that had been registered previously.
Ricky Saragih as Ari Wibowo's attorney said that his client would file a lawsuit again that was different from the initial lawsuit. He called the existence of a third person as a new point in the lawsuit
The lawsuit for the first time did not provide information that what caused this divorce suit to be registered. So only write down that there is a relationship that is no longer harmonious," said Ricky Saragih to the media crew at the South Jakarta District Court on Monday, June 5.
"Well, the difference is in the changes to the lawsuit that we will register, which we will submit to the assembly, we provide a little detail about the existence of a third party," he continued.
Ricky said that his party had prepared several pieces of evidence to prove the existence of the third person in question. Meanwhile, some of the evidence that has been prepared are letters and chats.
"We provide arguments, of course, we have pocketed sufficient evidence," said Ricky.
The lawyer said the third person in his client's household had appeared since 2022. However, he refused to talk further about the person who had been in contact with his client's wife.
"I can't go there, because it's already in the main case, especially since it's still early. We'll see later, the evidence is still far away," he said.
Regarding the rebuttal from Inge Anugrah for the involvement of a third person as the cause of the divorce, Ricky Saragih did not want to bother. He believes he can prove that his client is right.
"Indeed, we are very confident that we can prove that, and indeed it is a fact and can be proven," concluded Ricky Saragih, Ari Wibowo's attorney.
