Allegedly A Victim Of Land Mafia, The Family Of The Ex-Pangkostrad Lieutenant General Kemal Idris Files A Lawsuit To Court
The family of former Kostrad Commander Lt. Gen. (Ret.) Kemal Idris filed a lawsuit at the South Jakarta District Court (PN). The submission was made after the inheritance house in the Pondok Pinang area, South Jakarta with an area of 1,061 square meters was suddenly controlled by another party.
"We hope that this lawsuit will be granted by the panel of judges. Our client only wants the certificate to be returned," said the attorney for the son of Lt. Gen. (Ret.) Kemal Idris, Yayan Riyanto, to reporters, Monday, May 22.
Yayan felt that the return had to be made because two children of generals in the era of the 2nd President of the Republic of Indonesia Soeharto, Firrouz Muzzaffar Idris and Anggreswari Ratna Kemawati, felt that they had never signed any letter. Even if there was money received, the amount was only Rp. 500 million from the agreement value of Rp. 38 billion.
Yayan's statement was also confirmed by Anggreswari. He explained that this problem began in 2017 or when the house wanted to be sold with the help of a property agent named Firly Amelia acting as a mediator and Rio Febrian as a buyer.
Even though it has not been paid, Anggreswari still submits a certificate of ownership and documents to a notary named RA. Mahyasari A. Notonegoro on October 18, 2017. The handover is needed to check authenticity.
"(Mahyasari, ed) It was a notary appointed by Rio. There, my ID card was borrowed, then taken to the room, and then returned. I did not join. After that, the house certificate was brought to the room," he said, recounting the incident.
At that time, Anggreswari admitted that he was curious about leaving the certificate and other documents. "However, Rio and Firly made sure that the certificate was safe. They were only borrowed to check with BPN," he said.
Furthermore, Anggreswari again held a meeting with Rio in Pondok Indah. There, it was agreed that the selling price would reach tens of billions of rupiah but no sale and purchase certificates were issued by a notary because the house was still in the name of his parents.
Anggreswari then met Rio again on November 9, 2017 at a mall in Jakarta. From that meeting, he then received Rp500 million as a sign of completion.
VOIR éGALEMENT:
Then there was no further news about the sale and purchase from Rio. However, someone came and wanted to enter the house on December 27, 2017 and claimed to have bought the inheritance house.
"Even though we, the heirs have not signed any sale and purchase certificates or letters at the Notary, and only entrust the Certipikat of Ownership to Notary RA. Mahyasari A. Notonagoro," said Anggreswari.
The two generals had tried to go to the notary to ask for a cancellation of the purchase which was later rejected. This is because the house has already been paid by another party amounting to Rp12 billion.
This dispute has actually been tried and the result is Rio and his superiors have to serve their sentences for committing fraud. Not only that, the certificate of the inheritance house should also be returned.
"But until now, five years, have not been returned," concluded Anggreswati.
