Father Having Sex With Stepdaughter In NTB, The Mode Is Pretending To Comb Hair While Memangku The Victim
NTB - A father with the initials GZ (35) intercourse with his stepdaughter in Gunungsari, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB).
"This case of sexual intercourse and/or physical sexual harassment was revealed by reports of people closest to the victim," said Head of Sub-Directorate IV for Youth, Children and Women of the NTB Police Ditreskrimum AKBP Ni Made Pujawati in Mataram, NTB, Tuesday, May 16, which was confiscated by Antara.
Following up on the report, the police conducted an investigation and succeeded in uncovering the suspect's role.
"GZ is the stepfather of the victim. So, in this case there is still a relationship between the victim and the suspect," he said.
From the results of the case title, continued Pujawati, it was revealed that GZ committed a criminal act of sexual intercourse against his 11-year-old stepdaughter at her home in the Gunungsari area, West Lombok Regency.
"This suspect committed immoral acts against the victim repeatedly. From the examination records as many as five times," he said.
He explained that the suspect's modus operandi was to be able to carry out the depraved act, namely by pretending to comb the hair while holding the victim.
"Other modes, this suspect asked the victim for a massage," he said.

With the results of this title, Pujawati said that investigators named GZ as a suspect under the suspicion of Article 81 paragraph (1) and paragraph (3) Juncto Article 76D of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 17 of 2016 concerning Stipulation of Government Regulations in Lieu of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 2016 concerning the second amendment to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection and or Article 6C of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 2022 concerning Criminal Acts of Sexual Violence and Article 64 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.
"In criminal charges, we added weight to Article 64 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code for repeated acts," he said.
With this determination, Pujawati said that the GZ investigation process is currently in the filing stage for the research needs of the prosecutor.
"To the suspect, we have also detained him at the NTB Police Detention Center," he said.
