Polda Metro Withdraws Handling Of Mario Dandy's Persecution Case
Polda Metro Jaya has withdrawn the handling of the persecution case against David Ozora with the suspect Mario Dandy Satryo from the South Jakarta Metro Police. The reason is that Polda Metro Jaya has more special investigators to handle cases involving children and women."Today we are withdrawing (the handle, ed) to the Polda Metro Jaya," said Director of General Criminal Investigation of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Hengki Haryadi to reporters, Thursday, March 2.Originally, the development of the case was handled by the Pesanggrahan Police. However, due to limited human resources (HR), it was decided to be transferred to the South Jakarta Metro Police.After several days of handling, there were several developments in the investigation, such as the detention of additional suspects, namely Shean Lukas.Meanwhile, Mario Dandy Satryo was already named a suspect when the handling of the case was carried out by the Pesanggrahan Police."Then an investigation was carried out with assistance and supervision from the Directorate of General Crimes of the Polda Metro Jaya," he said.Until finally, based on the title of the case, it was decided that the handling would be withdrawn to the Polda Metro Jaya. The reason is because there is a Sub-Directorate for Renakta that specializes in handling cases of children and women."We have more investigators who specialize in handling cases involving women and children," said Hengki.For information, Mario Dandy Satryo and his partner, Shane, have been named suspects in a series of cases of persecution against Davd Ozora.For Mario, the police charged him with Article 76C in conjunction with Article 80 of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, subsidiary to Article 351 of the Criminal Code concerning persecution.As for Shean, he was charged with Article 76C in conjunction with Article 80 of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection.
